Just finished my current book!

Ficciones (Fictions) by Jorge Luis Borges.

This books contains a series of short stories by a man who is said to be one of the GOAT writers.

The stories are usually a few pages long and are very difficult to follow. You have my respect if you can read this book easily. You’re either really smart, really based or just have an undying love for literature.

It took me a while to read this short book just because I had to google a lot of the words and look into the stories just to see if I’d missed anything.

My favourite story is Funes the memorious, the story of a man who has been cursed with the gift of remembering everything he encounters. I’d like to think it’s about me 😂.

Fun fact: Borges was completely blind for 30 years of his life from the age of 55, which is ironic as he loved books so much.
